Welcome to Speed Car Rental! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for renting a self-drive car from us. By booking a vehicle, you agree to comply with our policies regarding rental eligibility, payment, security deposits, fuel usage, damages, and returns. Our guidelines ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience while maintaining transparency and reliability. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your rental. Car Return Time
Please return the car before 9 AM on the scheduled return date. The 24-hour rental period starts at 9 AM on the day of pick-up and ends at 9 AM the following day.
Security and Verification
- For verification, we require one original photo ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.).
- Please carry a valid driving license issued by the Government of India.
Travel Restrictions
- Our cars are only allowed to be driven within Goa. If you wish to travel outside Goa, please inform us beforehand.
- All our self-drive cars are equipped with black plates issued by the Goa government, which are valid for driving within Goa.
Damages and Fees
- We recommend taking a video of the car before you drive off to show its condition.
- Any damage to the car during your rental period will be charged to you based on the inspection at return.
Payment & Refund Policy
- We do not process payments directly on our website. We value your privacy and do not store payment details on our site.
- For any refunds or payment-related queries, please contact us directly.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website (including images, logos, and text) is protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without permission.
Important Note
Driving a car on the beach is strictly prohibited in Goa and is a punishable offense by law.
